- All products are sourced from our suppliers Sri Surya Swagruha Pickles and B. Bicha Reddy Pure Ghee Sweets (BBR Pure Ghee Sweets), a licensed food manufacturers.
- We act as a reseller only, not as a direct food producer.
- We try our best to show our products in their true colors and details. Still, the way colors appear may look a little different depending on your phone, tablet, or computer screen.
- Eligibility

- Customers must be at least 18 years old to place an order.
- By ordering, you confirm that your purchase is for personal use and not for resale.
- Orders & Payments

- Prices are displayed in Rupees.
- Payment must be made in full before shipment.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order suspected of fraud or malicious intent.
- Shipping & Delivery

- Customs duties and import taxes (if any) are the customer’s responsibility.
- Product Packaging

- Products are hygienically packed and sealed by our suppliers (Sri Surya Swagruha Pickles and B. Bicha Reddy Pure Ghee Sweets (BBR Pure Ghee Sweets)) before dispatch.
- An outer courier box is added for secure delivery.
- We maintain photo/video records of packaging before shipping.
- Returns & Refunds (applies to all the products)

- Returns are not accepted once the inner seal is opened.
- Refunds/replacements are applicable only if:
- The parcel arrives damaged before opening.
- The inner supplier packet is received broken, leaking, or tampered, supported by valid proof.
- Complaint Policy (Unboxing Condition)
   To ensure fairness and prevent misuse:

- Mandatory Unboxing in Presence of Courier:
- The customer must record a video while unboxing.
- Unbox the outer courier box and the inner supplier-sealed packet in front of the courier delivery person.
- The courier person must be visible in the video while recording.
- Complaints will be considered valid only if supported by this unboxing video.
- Immediate Sharing Requirement:
- After recording the unboxing video, the customer must share the video immediately in the presence of the courier person via email to our official support.
- Complaints will not be processed if the video is shared later or not in courier person’s presence.
- Verification Process:
- After receiving the complaint and video, we will cross-check with the courier company and confirm the courier person’s presence before processing the claim.
- After Inner Seal is Opened:
- Once the supplier’s sealed packet has been opened (after courier person leaves), VSLMart.com will not be responsible for any spoilage, insects, or contamination.
- False Complaints:
- Claims made without following this unboxing procedure will be rejected.
- False or malicious complaints may result in blacklisting, refusal of service, and possible legal action.

- Record video while unboxing – Open both the courier box and the sealed supplier pack in the presence of the delivery person.
- Delivery person must be visible in the video during the entire unboxing.
- Share the video immediately with us while the delivery person is still present.
- We will verify with the courier company before processing the claim.
- Complaints without this process will not be accepted.
- This protects you and ensures we can resolve any genuine issues quickly.
